THURSDAY, THE 28th SEPTEMBER 2023/6th ASVINA 1945 SAKA/Summary of observations recorded at 0830 hours IST: Southwest monsoon was normal over Coastal Karnataka & North Interior Karnataka and was weak over South Interior Karnataka. Rainfall occurred at most places over Coastal Karnataka and at a few places over Interior Karnataka.
